Product support is provided exclusively through our official Discord channel. Support is limited to installation assistance, bug fixes, and general usage guidance. Custom modifications or integrations are not covered under standard support.
We strive to maintain and update our products to ensure compatibility with the latest FiveM versions. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, performance improvements, or new features. We reserve the right to discontinue support for any product with reasonable notice.
All products, code, designs, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Luna Shop. You may not claim ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to any part of our products. Removal of copyright notices or attribution is prohibited.
You may modify purchased products for personal use on your own server. However, redistributing modified versions is not permitted. Luna Shop is not responsible for issues arising from user modifications.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Luna Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
